Need a mini break to get you through to the end of the week? You will be happy to hear that you don’t even need to leave the comfort of the chair that you are sitting in whilst you are reading this.

Bus, train, home or office. A simple little trick to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit can be found in a quick breathing exercise that will pick you up from that midday slump.

Remember to listen to your inner flow, inhale, exhale and be in the moment

Give yourself a moment, no longer than a minute or two, and just focus on your breathing. Listen to it flow in and out of your body, and with every breath that you exhale, feel yourself  settle into the very centre of you being, because that is where you draw all of your energy from.

It’s  place that you can go to when you  need a little rest, or a burst of inspiration, always there waiting for you, kind of like your very own personal sun. Simple breathing techniques like this  are a great way to remove yourself from a stressful moment, helping you to maintain an inner calm and sense of peace.
