h1fjuywpvuA weak feeling or ache in the arms is often connected to an emotional difficulty in carrying out new tasks or duties. Although a very big part of you might be feeling as though you can manage the new responsibilities alone, there is still some need for help from others, just to help you to carry you through until you are 100 percent ready and able to go it alone.

 

Admitting that you might need help dealing with the past, and that you may be struggling to carry your experiences to date is a good way to begin the process of lightening your load.

Being on the cusp of this is quite common in teenagers with demanding new schedules, work load and social demands. But it can also arise at any time when we take on anything new that we are not quite ready for.

It can also be attributed to an event or time frame in the past that weighs too heavily upon you. Admitting that you might need help dealing with the past, and that you may be struggling to carry your experiences to date is a good way to begin the process of lightening your load.
