Although a very big part of you might be feeling as though you can manage the new responsibilities alone, there is still some need for help from others, just to help you to carry you through until you are 100 percent ready and able to go it alone.

Being on the cusp of this is quite common in teenagers with demanding new schedules, work load and social demands. But it can also arise at any time when we take on anything new that we are not quite ready for.
